We went to Jeff Schmitt Lawn and Motor Sports on Saturday March 8th, 2025 to see if we could order a SCAG SFC 30in Walk Behind mower. The sales associate, Josh, was quick to show us the exact model they just received in on the showroom floor. Josh was easy to work with and scheduled it to have the front caster wheels installed. I called and asked if they service Yamaha equipment knowing that’s not a line they carry. They said yes and to drop my generator Off anytime. I did and they got back to Me same day with a thorough quote. I approved the work work and they said they would call me when it’s done. The very next morning they called and said my equipment was ready and when I went to pick it up, it actually rang up less than they had quoted me. purchased a used polaris ranger from an individual. Ran fine for a year but one day would not start. Suspected it was the fuel pump. Took it in for it to be analyzed and also a full service. It was a fuel pump failure. They saved me quite a bit of Money on the fuel pump replacement. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly! Completely satisfied with all the service performed.

I bought a UTV and a zero turn from here a few years ago. The service department has never let me down. I really only deal with Josh when he drops off / picks up - but he's always there with a smile and takes great care of my machines. I appreciate the whole team at Jeff Schmitt from Aaron that sold me the machines to Josh and the service department that takes care of them.

Great staff, lots of parts. $95 an hour to tune up my blower is ridiculous. When a person makes $20 an hour, they should not have to work 5 hours to get equipment serviced

Unloaded fast in and out

Brought my Scag mower in with a wiring harness issue. Hayden, the mechanic, was able to come up with a solution to keep me mowing while we waited on a new part to be shipped. The service manager, Evan gave me weekly updates and went out of his way to try to source the part quicker. These two are awesome.

Great help getting parts

Great selection and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would very much recommend if you’re looking for anything from a zero turn mower, to any Polaris vehicles and even tractors or farm equipment.

I had a great experience here. I bought a new 2023 Traverse. The salesman explained all my questions. He went over and above. Also Abby in the service department excelled. My Traverse came with black rims, which I didn’t like. They powder coated them silver which I love. They were going to give me a truck as a rental but I wasn’t comfortable driving one. Abby made sure I got a nice car to drive.

I have been to countless dealers in the Miam Valley to get educated and help - After my visit with the sales representative Niki - the time and questions I took of her, she patiently and confidently helped me. This is the place to go for a no pressure salesman. They really let us browse around and would check on us. They made the time to answer all of our questions, we bought a New Holland 25 Workmaster tractor loader backhoe. The whole staff was great! Jeremy offered me the one chip challenge, I did it, as well as my 2 year old, as he got a hold of a crumb. These people could have easily kicked us out because of his reactions, instead they treated us as family and did what they could to help calm him down. Oh the car has been great too!!
